A PRETENDER CAN NOT MAKE HEAVEN

TOPIC FOR REFLECTION


 *NO ONE CAN HIDE FROM GOD: LET YOUR LIGHT SHINES* 


Let me tell you, you may deceive yourself by not knowing that you are deceiving yourself, but not God.


You may deceive a fellow man like you, but not God.


You may pretend and the world may believe you, but not before God.


No one would light a lamp and put it under the table or bed, rather he would put it on a lampstand for it to brighten the environment. 


A good person will always be a good person, and such do not pretend, while it is bad people who pretend to be good when they are not.


If you wish to know who a pretender is, below are some facts about them...


1. When it goes according to their desire, you will see their true colour. 

2. In the church, before great people whom they know they can gain something from, they display a good attitude, but to those whom they have nothing to gain from, they show bad attitudes.

3. They are friends with benefits.

4. Pretenders are deceptors.

5. They are very calculative, smart and cunny; some pretenders try to be a step ahead of those they plan to cheat.

6. Most pretenders do go around with a seductive and soft voice to attract victims they will deal with, so do not be deceived by such, test every seductive face and soft voice that comes your way.

7. Pretenders are sugar-coated, their flowery words are like two-edged swords. Let them not pierce your heart.

8. Pretenders are those who can construct and build a mansion within 30 minutes with their sweet words. People who can fly the plane while standing with you are pretenders, or may have a pretending spirit.

9. Pretenders will never want people around them to rise, watch out.

10. Pretenders are destroyers.


My dear, we could go on listing the attributes of pretenders, but the few above should be pondered on for our guidance.


If you are a pretender, please change.


The endpoint of a pretender is bad, they destroy themselves.


Therefore, be your real self and let your light shine for God to save you.


A pretender is neither cold nor hot, and such a person, the Lord said He will spit out of His mouth. 


Revelation. 3: 15-16

“I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth."


No pretender can reign with an authentic God in His real Kingdom.

IF JESUS WAS BAD, CAN YOU FOLLOW HIM?

DO NOT BE A HYPOCRITICAL PERSON

Luke 12: 1-7 TOPIC FOR REFLECTION  *TRUST GOD, BUT AVOID HYPOCRISY*  Jesus said, "Be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees – that is, their hypocrisy".  It simply means if you know anybody with the under-listed attributes, please in your interest and for the sake of your future, avoid them. If you can't avoid them, learn to manage them. Do not keep such persons as friends, unless you want to ruin your future. So, avoid: 1. The people who are not real, fake by nature. 2.
