THE HEART OF JESUS: THE HEART OF LOVE


LOVE IS THE ENGINE OF THE HEART


Love lubricates the heart, and the only way to be like Jesus is to let our hearts be like His Heart.


We often pray:

Sacred Heart of Jesus........... Make our hearts like unto yours.


The heart is the life of the individual. The heart is life. If the heart should fail, one will cease to exist.


Therefore, for one to be healthy, signifies that the heart is healthy; and to be unhealthy means the heart is unhealthy.

The functions of the heart need not fail for a second, it must be healthy for it to function very well.

Yet, for the heart to function very well, it needs love to dwell in it.


The heart that accommodates love, is a physically healthy life, while the heart that accommodates hatred, is a physically unhealthy life.


Love is the engine of the heart, just as the engine is the life of a car.

When an engine breaks down, the car's life is gone.

Similarly, if love is absent in the heart, the heart breaks down and starts to malfunction.

More so, once the heart breaks down, one becomes physically ill.

Sickness is the endpoint of a broken heart.

A heart that lacks love is broken, and it's an open door for various sicknesses.


My dear, no matter what you are passing through in life, keep your heart healthy with love.


Your heart will be healthy and remain healthy 

1. If you value virtue more than vice

2. If you value simplicity over complexity

3. If you value humility over pride

4. If you value divinity over the mundanity

5. If you value humanity over material things

Finally, if you value LOVE over HATRED.


Remember, worry is the overheating of the heart. Worry less, so that your heart will not be overheated. Lack of love in the heart may lead to worries in the heart 


The Lord said He will search out for the stray, He will be the shepherd of His sheep. Invariably, God's people will recognize their God deep in their hearts, especially in keeping His commandments.


Similarly, Brethren, God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us. While we were still helpless.

The Love of God poured into our heart help us to recognize and call Him Abba Father. God's love in our hearts nourishes the soul.

So, we are now justified by the blood which gushed forth from the heart of Jesus, and much more shall we be saved by Him from the wrath of God. 


The Heart of Jesus continues to search for lost souls. As Jesus said, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance.”


My dear, we are the luckiest, because the Heart of Jesus is the Heart that...

#Loves

#Cares

#Forgives

#Nourishes

#Sanctifies

#Consoles

#Saves etc.


Please 🙏, I plead with us to let our hearts be merciful like that of Jesus' heart, and that is when our hearts shall become loving and healthy like that of Jesus'.


Today, as we celebrate the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Heart of Love; we beg Him to make our hearts like that of His.
