THE CATHOLIC CHURCH SPEAKS IN TONGUES OF THE HOLY SPIRIT TO BUILD THE BODY OF JESUS CHRIST
My dear, the Catholic Church speaks in tongues every second and minute of her life. Hence anyone who is a member of the mystical body of Christ is expected to possess the following fruits of the Holy Spirit such as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, trustfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There can be no law against things like that, of course. You cannot belong to Christ Jesus unless you crucify all self-indulgent passions and desires.
Since the Spirit is our life, let us be directed by the Spirit.
These are of the Holy Spirit which builds the mystical body of Jesus Christ. These fruits of the Holy Spirit are what show that the gift of the Holy Spirit received was not a waste, it was used to glorify the Lord.
On the contrary, a person who is not in the Spirit is yielding to self-indulgence, since self-indulgence is the opposite of the Spirit. When self-indulgence is at work, the results are obvious: fornication, gross indecency, and sexual irresponsibility; idolatry and sorcery; feuds and wrangling, jealousy, bad temper, and quarrels; disagreements, factions, envy; drunkenness, orgies, and similar things. Hence, these can not build the mystical body of Christ.
The name self-indulgence depicts self-centeredness and in that case, such will cause division among the mystical body of Christ.
Remember that when the Holy Spirit descended upon the Apostles like tongues of fire, they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak foreign languages as the Spirit gave them the gift of speech.
Meanwhile, devout men were living in Jerusalem from every nation under heaven, and at this sound, they all assembled, each one bewildered to hear these men speaking his own language. They were amazed and astonished. ‘Surely’ they said ‘all these men speaking are Galileans? How does it happen that each of us hears them in his own native language?
If observed keenly, the Apostles speaking under the influence of the Holy Spirit made many people of different races come listening to them speak in strange tongues, yet understanding them in their respective local languages. This is the true meaning of speaking in the tongue. Anyone who speaks and at least no single person understands such is not speaking under the influence of the Holy Spirit, and such action scatters the mystical body of Christ.
Similarly, this is to let us know that, the Catholic Church by her name is universal, and it speaks the local languages of the local people where she found herself without losing her values and essence. That is, the Catholic Church speaks in tongues to date.
It is this same Holy Spirit that is at work; when Jesus appeared to them, He said, receive the Holy Spirit: as the Father sent me, so I am sending you, and He breathed on them. Hence, He commissioned and gave them the power to forgive and retain sin.
This is where the power to forgive sins given to the apostles by Jesus Christ was handed over to the validly ordained bishops and priests; hence they have the power to forgive sins.

The Holy Spirit is the spouse of the universal Church, and to date, the Holy Spirit has never left the Church. My dear, the Holy Spirit is the truth, leading us the members inside the truth of the mystical body of Christ to the ultimate truth, who is God the Father.
Invariably, the Holy Spirit has come as a witness to gather and not to scatter, and whoever bears the fruits of the Holy Spirit as listed above will remain in the body of Christ, and will also gather with Him.
