TOPIC FOR REFLECTION.

RESURRECT WITH JESUS: RISE FROM YOUR SLUMBER

In life, if you dwell much on your past, you will remain stagnant, and you will not move on to accomplish your dream in life. If you want to accomplish in life, wake up from your negative past slumber, move and accomplish your dream, and resurrect with Christ.

Remember, in all that Jesus went through, He never gave up, He did not hold on to the past maltreatment and rejection, and He did not remain stagnant, rather He went on to accomplish His mission, died, and resurrected.

So, here is some lessons we can learn from Him...

Jesus was insulted, castigated, lied against, and condemned, yet he never held on to how He was maltreated, rather He remained focused on His mission.

Similarly, do not allow people's hatred for you make you to lose focus on achieving your goal in life.

Jesus, despite how He was rejected by the majority, still never stop doing good.

So, do not allow people's attitudes toward you make you to stop doing good.

I guess we have not forgotten so soon that Jesus was killed out of hatred, likewise you should not be surprised if people plan to kill you out of hatred.

Jesus did not give up, the enemies thought by killing Him will end His mission, but little did they realize that He will rise from the dead. Surprise to them, it caught them aware, so they had to organize lies to cover up their failure.

So, I encourage you never to allow the enemy to rejoice over you. From that slumber that thought they kept you, spring up from there, rise to shine, and outshine them, so that your success will become a mystery to them.

If you remain in your self-pity slumber conditions, the enemy will rejoice over you, just as the enemies of Jesus would have rejoiced over Him, if He had not resurrected.

Finally, let us learn to be bold and courageous like Mary Magdalen and other women who according to the  Gospel were not afraid of what people will say, not minding the risk of going to search for Jesus in the tomb early in the morning.

When we have this type of courage, we will rise from our slumber, encounter Jesus, and rise with Him to eternal glory.

Peace ✌️ be with you.
