CAN TRUTH BE WRONG?
INTRODUCTION
Truth is an essential element of our lives. He is the beginning and end of our life. Nature is truth itself because it is being created and founded by the ultimate truth who is God. More reason it is extremely difficult to cheat nature.
The God who created nature arranged it, such that, no creatures, above or under the earth who might be full of wisdom, knowledge, and understanding from His creator can ever tamper with it. Though many in the past had tried to tamper with nature, but could not succeed, yet some are still trying to see away from distorting it, which I solemnly believe that they will not succeed.
The word natural comes from the word nature; hence the natural things which God has created cannot be questioned with the following reasons
He consulted no single human being on earth while he was creating the universe
He created human being after He had finished arranging the universe in its normal natural state
All the knowledge which any of us could claim we have today, in the past, or in the future, comes from Him
His intention of creating us is not to question His authority but to take good care of all
However, the reverse is the case with us
TRUTH
Truth is life, and life is truth. It is our life, certainly, truth is what we must live and die with. Truth is inevitable. Where there is no truth, life does not exist.
However, truth is older than life in all ramifications. It is from the truth that life proceeds; therefore, truth exists before life began, it still exists, and forever will it continue to exist.
Truth cannot be eliminated, it can only be denied. Therefore, denial of truth is the denial of life, since from truth came life; while acceptance of truth is the acceptance of life.
The irony is that truth does not have many friends, she had suffered greatly in the hands of mankind. Most and not all do not value the importance of truth in their individual lives. We all know that with truth, our life will be very much meaningful and successful; yet, we do not walk in the same lane with her (truth).
The fact is that truth is difficult to be accepted due to our individual selfish interest. There is no human being who does not know the truth, but it is difficult to cope with her due to her great level of discipline.
Basically, truth is a disciplinarian who does not tolerate nonsense from anybody. She is no respecter of anybody. In fact, who will she fear, is it her subject or who? She is equal to the task of her personality.
What I come to realize about life, in general, is that the truth which is denied today is well appreciated when all chips are down.
To welcome truth is to welcome the life of freedom, while to deny her is to welcome also the life of frustration, bondage, coupled with great fear, which invariably is nemesis.
DEFINITION
Below is my personal definition of Truth…
Truth is a reality of facts which is provable pragmatically in a logical sensible conclusion.
Man sometimes is not what he says he is; he is actually what he hides which manifests in his character. Invariably, man is defined by his character.

THE ORIGIN OF TRUTH
Every single human being created by God living on this planet of the earth knows what is called the truth. Truth is a naked phenomenon, it has no uniform or any form of garment. It is just real bare and transparent. It is a reflection of itself. It existed before the existence of the universe. Our first ever parents (Adam and Eve) came into the world to meet and live with truth; still, they die and left it behind.
Truth can neither be created nor destroyed by any human; neither can it be suppressed nor oppressed. It would be interesting to reflect with me the nature of truth in relation to God, the Supreme Being, and nature.
God made the universe
The universe is natural
Natural is a derivative of nature
Nature exists the way God arranged it
Nature is faithful to her creator
Faithfulness is truthfulness
Truthfulness is truth
Invariably, truth is nature
However, since God made nature and nature is truth
Therefore, God is truth.
THE REASON
Truth made truth, God who is the ultimate Truth. Truth cannot create what is false and contrary to itself. If He does, then He ceases to be God. This is one of the reasons for the saying; nature cannot be cheated, just as truth cannot be cheated.
Let’s ponder on the following…
God cannot be cheated
Nature cannot be cheated
Truth cannot be cheated
More so, in no circumstances can…
Truth be suppressed for life, one day it will spring up; therefore, it is inevitable
Similarly, just as destiny could only be delayed, but cannot be denied; the same way truth can only be delayed but can never and never be denied
The reality of life is that, truth rule and govern the universe. No matter how bad the situation of the universe may look or be, the singular fact still remains that God who is the ultimate truth still owns the universe.
Truth as ‘the rough ultimate to heaven’ is in relation to the common sayings that truth is bitter.
Truth can be compared to a plant leaf called ‘bitter leaf’. The name reveals the nature of the leaf which is mostly found in Africa. The leaf is actually bitter, but after some minutes of consumption, the tongue fills the sweetness of it. Invariably, the sweetness comes after experiencing the bitterness of the leaf.
MY REFLECTIONS ON TRUTH
- Whoever is not truthful to him/herself, can never be truthful to anybody
Denying the truth is the beginning of psychological sickness
Perfect but irrelevant expression of truth is the pointing of fingers to others, your pointing of fingers often time defines who you are
Selfish interest is the major reason people deny the truth
Seeking pleasurable satisfaction for the flesh makes one becomes vulnerable to denying the truth
The quest for power, pleasure, and possession is a readily available means of denying the truth (The 3Ps)
If you wish to be popular, you should be ready to compromise the truth if your WILL is not strong.
CONCLUSION
An authentic person who wishes to succeed in life should try as much as possible to be of an impeccable character. Even though it is very hard for a truthful person to survive in our society today, but it is possible. It is better to suffer for the truth and become free later than to suffer for wrongdoing, and still remain doom forever.
Stand for the truth, and the truth will set you free.
