Luke 1: 26-38 TOPIC FOR REFLECTION  *JESUS: THE REVELATION AND FULFILLMENT OF GOD'S PROMISE.*  Jesus said, ...Philip, to have seen me is to have seen the Father. Cf. John 14: 9. Invariably, to have known Jesus is to have known the Father.  Remember that the blessed Trinity had existed from the beginning.  God the Father Jesus, the word of God Holy Spirit, the breath of God. So, Jesus as the word of God is God, and both can not be separated, just as your word was born with you from the beginning and your word can not be separated from you. The fact is that God the Father exists with Word and Spirit (breath), the same as a human being exists with word and breath. So, being created in the image and likeness of God...  *Wednesday, December 20, 2023*   *THIRD WEEK OF ADVENT*  First Reading. Isaiah 7: 10-14 Psalm.  24: 1-6 (R. see 7c, 10c) Gospel. Luke 1: 26-38 TOPIC FOR REFLECTION   *GOD CHOSE MARY TO HONOUR HER*   *GOD WAS THE FIRST TO HONOUR MARY*  I kindly plead with us not to  1. DISHONOUR whom God HONOURS.  2. DISRESPECT whom God RESPECT 3. DOWNGRADE whom God UPGRADE 4. ATTACK whom God PROTECT 5. HATE whom God LOVES, etc. We should be careful not to allow satan with his evil trick to deceive us that the woman whom God chose to manifest His divine mystery is useless.  The first reading from the prophet Isaiah made it clear that God will give a sign and the sign reads: "Behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel [God is with us].” cf. Isaiah 7: 14  This prophecy was foretold about the 7th century before Christ's birth. (7 BC) Remember that no name was mentioned when the prophecy was made, and centuries after, the prophecy fell on a lady called Mary.

Therefore, ask yourself... --How many people have been buried with the worries that killed them? ---How many people have remained healthy carrying the worries of life in their minds? ---How many people have been given the award of the best fearful person in life? ---How many people have used their worries of life to build houses and train their children in school? ---How many people have become rich with worries in their hearts? ---How many people can be proud of their fears, and give good testimonies in their lives?
